Our Story
AC & Heat Solutions is a company built on ambition. Our founder, Rob Summerlin, began the journey to starting his own HVAC company over 30 years ago.
At the time, Rob was refurbishing used restaurant equipment for resale, which allowed him to learn how refrigeration systems work. After selling vending equipment for a while, Rob had an idea. He realized that the Grapevine area was short on HVAC companies.
In 1996, he decided to fill the need. AC & Heat Solutions has been providing outstanding furnace and heat pump services in the Grapevine area ever since.
Now, AC & Heat Solutions has grown to serve 28 towns in Northeast Tarrant County. We offer a unique combination of experience and customer-focused service that makes our company the best choice around for your HVAC needs.
