It would cut on and off and of course when he arrived it was cooling, but he waited it out to see how it would perform and realized the fan motor is not consistent. I had a funny noise coming from my a/c unit and called to inquire. They scheduled service the next day and Sean fixed it in about an hour. So impressive. The part itself seemed expensive for what it does, but it is a specialized part. Oh well.

This is the second time I’ve used A/C and heat solutions for a general “tune up” type service on my rental property. Sean (Shawn?) was the first technician. Right on time. He was there for at least 45 min to an hour and didn’t try to up charge or sell a thing. He found a wire in the attic that had been chewed by squirrels. Spliced it with no charge. He was so nice and knowledgeable that I used them again a few days ago. Scott beat me to the rental and was 5 min early! Big smile, friendliest guy. So thorough and knowledgeable as well. I could tell that he hated telling me any bad news. The things that were wrong with my units were from age and his company wouldn't benefit from. They don’t sell or install A/C units. He was compassionate about my potential future costs. These guys are just really good people. I highly recommend them!

Sean came on time, identified himself, used his face mask appropriately and also used shoe covers, all the time he was in our house. Sean also was keeping his social distance all he time. Sean checked both of our AC/heating units, gave us recommendations about what we could do ourselves and how, but did the job for us. His service was outstanding!!!
As always, Sean treats us professionally and fairly. I believe I’ve been a customer of theirs for over a year and half now. I have unfortunately had several AC issues in the past and as a result had found it troubling to find a company that is both honest, fair in pricing, and doesn’t manufacture problems that aren’t there before I came to A/C and Heat Solutions. Not only that, Sean sets my expectations as far as the health of my units. One of them is an old unit (15 years) and he is trying to maintain the life of it, but also prepares me for the possibility of it needing to be replaced soon.
